The Groom Room

Absolutely best cat groomer I've been to in the last twenty years. She was cheerful and pleasant. My cats weren't all freaked out when she was done. There's a window so you can watch if you want. She was professional and very personable. Her grooming talent is excellent. Plus, it only took her one hour. I am extremely happy I found her. I would give her 100 stars if it were an option. 🌟 🌟 😻😻 UPDATE. We got shaved naked again today. ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER GENTLE TOUCH, MAKING THE EXPERIENCE FOR MY FUR BABIES SO MUCH BETTER THAN EXPERIENCED OTHER PLACES. ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY GROOMER. They came home rocking little bandanas. SO Adorable !!!!

I went here with my elderly Persian cat. She has a hard time cleaning herself. They did an absolute wonderful job. Shaved by her butt got out the mated fur and she smelled absolutely wonderful. When I picked her up she was dry and relaxed. Very happy cat. Thank u !!!

Just got my cat a haircut today. Such a beautiful job. My cat was very relaxed when I picked him up. You can tell they care about animals. I would definitely recommend The Groom Room.

Very pleasant experience. I’ve done sedation for shaving in the past with my vet and wanted to try normal grooming to see if it would be easier on my cat due to her old age and her sensitivity to stress. As anticipated, my cat was very stressed going in and she came out calm, smelling nice and well groomed/shaved! They were prompt with their service and are attentive to the animals needs! Prices are very reasonable for the services they give. The environment was nice and welcoming and everyone was so kind! I will be using The Groom Room here on out! Thank you for your wonderful care!

I'd give a zero star if I could. My daughter's mini schnauzer looks like a rat! There are spots under her neck that are shaved clear to the skin. This is absolutely the worst groom I've ever seen!

My little Vaz is terrified of groomers because of the loud barking. Not this time!! Clipped her nails easy peasy, she hardly noticed!! At least 5 other dogs in the room and not one yelp or bark. All tails wagging and happy!! Miracle workers for sure!! Take your fur baby, you will be ecstatic you did!!

I only had a nail trim done but I would absolutely recommend The Groom Room to anyone! Tianna was friendly, professional, extremely accommodating, and she was kind and gentle to my incredibly anxious dog. Unfortunately I'm not local but when I'm visiting I'll definitely be back!
