I took my dog in for a bath service and everyone was super helpful and sweet! My dog gets way too excited and has extreme anxiety and they were still loving and patient with him. The prices are great and Jana did an amazing job with my schedule and getting me in when I need him to be 🙂 I will be coming back and I highly recommend this place!

Moved to Casper last year and needed a good groomer for my maltipoo. This is the best place in town! Great prices, quality care and my dog Stella always leaves looking amazing!

The Groomer changed to a new Owner almost a year ago and she has done an absolutely wonderful job turning the place around! The new owner is super dedicated to the dogs and owners. I have called multiples times last minute as she has been able to accommodate, and if she isn't able to accommodate that day she gives me plenty of options within the week or so. Our dogs have built a great bond with Savannah and we will not be taking our dogs anywhere else. As for the comments retarding it being expensive, you get what you pay for. I'm from PHX and a grooming in PHX for a small dog is a minimum of $65 and at least $100 EACH for my Aussies. It is a service they are providing, and the use of expensive equipment and maintenance on said equipment which I think people forget. Highly recommend taking your dogs here for their grooming needs!

I have 2 dogs who both go to the groomers. I was told they couldn’t be scheduled the same day, so I had to scheduled them different times, which then led to problems with my personal work. But I had bad experiences with both dogs. With my first dog they were very rough. This dog has very bad hip problems (they are aware) and the way they treated him when I dropped him off and picked him up was far too rough, and when I mentioned something they said "oh it’s fine" as if they didn’t care and I could tell my dog was in pain. Most recently I took my other dog there, they were very rude on the phone, insisted I come immediately or within the next 10 minutes, and when I came to get my dog, they weren’t kind with this dog either. They also cut my dogs nails too short to where it was causing a lot of pain. They quoted me a price and then raised it significantly higher than what I was told initially for both of them. Unfortuantly, I’ve had several other people recently tell me the same things about how they themselves and their dogs were treated terribly there. Not sure what happened, i used to love and enjoy bringing my dogs to the groomers and would recommend them to everyone I knew, but I will most definitely not be bringing them there nor recommending anytime soon.

My appointment was for 8:45 drop off, two medium sized dogs both getting baths. I was told it would take about 2 hours for them to both be finished. After about 2.5 hours I stopped by to check on my dogs and they were drying my short haired dog. I thought it was kind of odd he was still wet. A woman turned around and seemed agitated, asking what i wanted. I told her I was just checking on my dogs and they told me it would be another hour. When i picked them up the staff just seemed stressed and I was happy to get my dogs back even though my short haired dog was still wet around his neck. Both dogs drank a large bowl full of water when they got home. The Groomer is not a professional business

When I went in my first time to have my dog have a touch up, like nail trimming, bath and hair trimming. It took almost an hour to give my dog a bath because they were working on other dogs when I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. And "it took 2 hours to have her dried from the bath" because she didn’t like the blow dryer. And I understand but she was kept in a cage with wet fur because they didn’t wanna take the time of the day to dry pat her with towels. Disgusting and I won’t be coming back.!!

Love my pup's new do!! The best groomer I've ever been to in the 12 years my boy and I have shared together, and I've traveled the entire U.S. with him!! As long as I'm in this area I will be going here! Nice friendly staff willing to do anything you desire!
