Petco Grooming

I have been to and walked out of the Petco in Leander near Lowes on old 183 and Crystal Falls 3 times. Every time you wait forever to see if they can serve you and then every time they are too busy. This last time there was one dog being attended to. I left and went to the Petco in Cedar Park on 183A near Whitestone Blvd and Costco. Walked right in, got immediate service and they had my dogs nails clipped in 10 minutes. This was the first time to have a groomer cut my dogs nails. She was anxious at first but Mike was so kind and patient with her from the moment he went to take her in the back. I could see that she calmed down pretty quickly and he did a great job. The experience for me and my dog was great, and that's where all my business will go in the future.

We’ve been doing PetCo grooming for 5 months now. The last two times, my dog has come home with her nails not done after being told the bath went good and they only couldn’t blow dry her fully. It’s very frustrating that a basic hygiene routine of nail trimming is being skipped. Now 4 days post groom I have to take her somewhere else to get her nails done.

Best groomer I’ve experienced at Petco is Kimberly. Kim did a fantastic full grooming appt. on my cocker spaniel Dusty. I’m very happy with her and will be back for a repeat when Dusty’s fur grows out. Thank you Kim. TEN STARS !!!

My pup's grooming is of the utmost importance to me. Izzy, is the best Grooming stylist. Patient, loving and attention to detail. He is at Petco off 183A in Cedar Park, TX. I don't mind the drive because my pup is getting the best service and stylist. I have been going to Izzy at Petco because my pup is in good hands and after Izzy does his magic, my pup comes out looking like a rock star

I would not recommend using Petco grooming based on my recent experience with Sharesa. The check-in interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable, and communication around scheduling was inconsistent. I left concerned about how my dog would be handled. Despite discussing the requested style and providing a reference, the final groom did not match. This experience did not meet basic expectations for professionalism or quality.

Mod dog had poop between his toes after I paid $120 which I feel like was way an over charge to get him groomed and bathed. The poop stains got all over my car before I realized he had them. Concrete from store to car and noticed all this at the red light intersection. Call back nobody would help me or even acknowledge it. Could’ve possibly came from there. They were very rude to me. And did not tell me the cost of this grooming. Take advantage of people that are really dependent on their pets and love them like mine is my service dog by making us pay $30 extra not to wait all day while our dogs are in the kennel there it’s called the express treatment and it’s a penalty for people that need their dogs
