They changed my appointment time without calling to confirm the change. I called after double-checking the appointment time the day of, and they refused to take my dogs because I was 15 minutes late to the updated time. When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up on me.

Made an appt. For my pooch earlier this week. Once we arrived to the scheduled appointments, we were greeted and asked for my dog’s age. Once I confirmed her age, I was told that it would be an additional $15 dollars because she was older and due to her age they couldn’t place her in a kennel? I asked why wasn’t that told to me while I was booking her appt., she stated she just looked at her age right now. I decided to cancel my appt., at least she could have stated that we won’t charge you this time but next time that is normally how it goes. But nope, I decided to leave and took my funds to petco, where their booking was super easy online and their prices are cheaper.

I had my pet scheduled for grooming / salon at this location and please be very careful. There is a groomer by name ‘Amanda B’ who left me with a very bad experience. This groomer probably has no experience with pets with good hair, specially Goldens. I had an unfortunate last minute schedule change and I without giving it a thought, went with their groomer recommendation this time, instead of my regular one at this location. Very very unprofessional cut and trim from this person. In case you are one of those that take your pet here, be very careful. Unfortunately for my pet, he had to lose all his natural straights and curls due to this groomer. I’m hoping and praying things turn back well.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, but lately, the experience has been hit or miss. Unfortunately, today was another miss. I didn’t feel the staff was particularly gentle with my dog, and I won’t be coming back again.

Please avoid this location. They always have someone that "called in sick" and will cancel your appointment last minutes.

They did an excellent job cutting our dog’s nails. They are definitely a hand full.

Only complaint I have is when I approached the counter no one was in front and I had to wait. I would say 8 to 10 minutes before anybody came. I tried calling now and everything and I don't know but they took a very long time to come check if anybody was upright so that could use some improvement.
