Thia Pets Grooming

Our puppy Rusty got the full Yorkie groom with Jamie. She was great with him and his puppy energy. A few weeks later he is still looking handsome and planning to visit for his spring time cut. You can tell everyone there is a dog lover and the dogs get some social time too! Terrific experience!

I've been taking my Pomeranian here for about a year. I always liked it. I called for an appointment for my dog and for my new Pom puppy. I spoke to the owner Thia. This was the 1st week in June. She told me they had no openings until the middle of July and that that's why people re-book when they pick up their pets. I explained that I didn't realize that and that due to some health ussues, I couldn't really do that. She refused to work with me at all. She then told me good luck finding anyone else. Every place is completely booked for summer. This women was so rude and so un-professional. I will never return. My account is under Tammy Peach my married name. If it wasn't you then someone who answered the phone said they were you. Interesting. Maybe ask your staff. I will miss Jamie, Ozzy loved her.

If you want to guarantee that your pet is going to look fabulous after Groomng, Thias is the place to go. Jamie is our groomer there and she does a fantastic job. Thias has created a very calming environment letting dogs roam around and socialize with each other until it’s their turn to be groomed.

Yesterday was my first experience with Thia Pet Grooming and all I can say is WOW! From the customer service to the final product I was beyond impressed! The staff was so sweet and supportive, listening to everything we wanted for our puppy. Nothing was missed and Rylee looks beautiful. Special thanks to Mark who did her grooming ❤️ Thank you guys! Can’t say enough good things about Thia’s! Mark groomed our apprehensive Golden and did a fabulous job. We also take our other two Goldens for nail trims and they are extremely accommodating. I love that the animals are free to roam the salon during their visit and not caged. The salon is very clean and ALL the animals there were very happy. We will be regular customers here!!

Penny is the best, she always does a really great job! Thia’s is cheaper than other groomers I’ve been too and they do a better job! Plus your dog gets to play with the others instead of being in a crate. I drive from cincinnati to go here and it’s worth it.

We had our first appointment today with Prince and I was so impressed. Prince can be a bit nervous but they were so welcoming to him. We had not been having a good experience at our previous groomer and not only was the staff above and beyond here but the service was also. Prince looks amazing!
