I ordered a wash and brushing of my 2 dogs. I had to wait more than 3 hours, both girls were worried and cried the whole time of the procedure. They washed them perfectly, but they didn't brush them very well - they left a lot of tangles on one dog and whole bunches of falling hair on the other
Amanda is AMAZING. My cat had never been to the groomer before, and Amanda handled her nerves (and mine!) with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend her services!
I took my Havanese to PetSmart for her first professional grooming and they did a great job. Will definitely be back.
