PetSmart Grooming

Just as expensive as boutique groomers who do a MUCH better job. My dog had a "bath and full haircut" but they barely cut anything, he just looked really messy and disheveled. They trimmed his feet really well and he does smell good. But he has not been himself since coming home from being groomed and is hiding all over the house frantically trying to be alone. Won’t be having him groomed there again.

I’ve been getting my dogs hair cut at petsmart since since was 3 months old (she’s now 12) we just moved to the area and switched to this location and I’ve never had a worse experience. Will not be going back.

I went into this store this morning. When I walked up to the register to check out, the cashier was on her cellphone. She continued her conversation while checking me out. I paid with cash and she handed me the incorrect change. I called her out on it. I believe the person on the other line asked her if she needed to get off the phone because her reply was"no, I am just giving someone change".

Amazing groomers!!!! Adriana is very patient with our two shelties! We appreciate everyone that works here!

All the groomers are super friendly and amazing at their job. I love bringing my 6 doodles and they love getting their spa day, always a wonderful experience
