This location was super convenient being in the heart of downtown! My dog was matted and was very overdue for a grooming. I spoke with the groomer about how I liked his fur fluffy and how I would rather not have him shaved. I was worried he was going to be super short and shaved due to the matted fur. But when I picked him up I was shocked to see he still had fluffy fur and looked adorable!! He smelled so nice and had an Easter bib! It was a little more than I spend on grooming - but well worth it. I would definitely come back to the Dog Salon !!! I also loved the Grooming Report sent after !
I took my cat 3 year old cat Gizmo who had never been groomed before, everything went so well and Catherine was AMAZING! He was in such a good mood when I picked him up and looks amazing. Will be coming back!
Brittany is always super sweet and professional! She does a great job with our nervous rescue dog (who loves her) ☺️🩷 highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you’re new to getting your dog professionally groomed.
My dog, Baby, had a very "paw"sitive first time experience at the dog salon! She even got a glitter nose and sparkly painted toes. She seemed a lot happier and calmer coming home than when I have tried other salons. Thank you Diane and the Dog Salon Team for a great first visit! First full grooming at the Dog Salon was 2 weeks ago. She was happy, clean and well clipped. The real telling is how happy she was yesterday to return! She pulled me down the street to get to the store. That gives an own great confidence.
We love the Dog Salon! It has been very difficult to find reliable, safe, trustworthy, and SKILLED groomers for our Kali! She absolutely loves her lion cut. We immediately felt ease when dropping her off. Your pet will be in excellent hands, and we would not recommend anywhere else in the Charleston area. Thank you!!!
The Dog Salon did a fantastic job with my golden, Chief! He looks amazing and she even sent an adorable grooming report via text when the service was complete. It was the first time Chief left the groomer with his tail wagging! Will definitely be returning and recommending to all dog owners in the area.
