Bubbly Paws

My Cavapoo get extremely matted and needs great care when being groomed. Bubbly Paws treats him kindly, professionally, and we're super happy with the results. There are numerous options, however, they're groomers and prices are excellent.

I cannot rave enough about this place . Corie came highly recommended from the previous own ( Transferred to Nigeria) of the fur babies I rehomed . I’ve only had them a little over 4 months and Creeds hair had already become too long and thick for the heat . ( Now they are inside babies with AC on 69 but all love to run and play ) Luckily Corie was able to fit me in as I have company coming and wanted to get this done . They take such great care and stayed in communication with me . I’m hoping to be able to post pictures . Thank you and have already recommended to 4 other friends !

I truly cannot say enough good things about Corie! We had a not so pleasant experience with another groomer and Corie was quick to make it right! She really listens to your concerns and makes sure that your pup is given back to you in PERFECT condition. Thank you Corie for making Aubrey look oh so handsome!

We have been members of the scrub club. It's a great idea and service, but the hours are always changing, they never answer the phone to confirm if they are open, and there are multiple times when we go during the open hours and then they are randomly obviously closed. As busy working people, we only really have the weekends to bathe our dogs-so when we take time out of our busy schedules to go all the way and bathe them only to find them closed is a waste of both time and money. In theory it's a great service, but in practice it's a total crapshoot. When can I bathe my dog????????? — Update: when I brought up the issue, an employee said in a text: " We close the self service depending on when the grooming appointments are all complete. I recommend getting here earlier in the day to avoid that. " Mind you I asked two whole hours before their formal close time (not 10 minutes before closing). So basically there are no formal hours for the subscription I paid for…

I’ve been coming here for several months to use the self service dog wash, and the cost was $18, as is advertised on the website. I went on 4/12/26 and was shocked when I was charged $35! Almost double! I confirmed it was just for the self service and was told prices had increased. By 100%!? I pointed out the price on the website and how there was zero notice in the store or a menu listing the new prices. The manager ended up calling me and basically blamed inflation and how shampoo/overhead costs had increased. I told him it was absolute insanity to pay $35 to wash my own dog and if that is the case I will not be returning. He told me he would check prices with the franchise and get back to me in 1-2 days, and would also send me his number. Neither happened. At this point I will not be returning, mostly because that price is completely unreasonable to wash your own dog, but also the lack of notice and not matching the website makes me feel like something sketchy was going on.

I’ve been going to bubbly paws since I first moved to Charlotte 2 years ago. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!! Corie is the ABSOLUTE best! Not only does she do a great job at grooming my dog Mowgli, she makes us feel part of the family. She is always so attentive to anything we need and my dog is always so excited to see her. The place is extremely clean, front desk is always helpful. To get an appointment it’s very easy with their online reservation or even over the phone. I have never had an issue once with them. You also get a cute report card at the end telling you how your dog did! I Highly recommend Bubble paws to anyone needing a groomer or even self service!!

DeShawn is the best. My baby loves going there. They are the nicest people. I highly recommend this business. My dog gets the works. They are very reasonable. I wish I could show pics of her. Her groomer is the nicest man. She gets so excited when we go there. Pulling the leash and jumping in DeShawns arms. I love it.
