Bubbly Pups

I called in about my pup who hasn’t been groomed in 6 months. I travel for work so it’s hard to keep a schedule. They called me back and I had an appt set 2 days later that week! Once arriving they validated his vaccination record, did a brief consultation on the level of matting that was present and I dropped him off. Upon picking him up, only about 2.5 hours later I was floored at how well they did despite the areas that were matted! He’s been shaved down in the past and what I saw after Bubbly Pups was finished left me almost speechless! I was so surprised, impressed and thankful about the care and grooming he received. I immediately made a follow up appointment. We’ll definitely be back regularly!! Before vs after photos attached. Now for the last kicker — it was FAR cheaper than expected. The best! I have been bringing my siberian huskys here since Amber opened this place. She and her other groomers always do a fantastic job!! I had been to several prior to coming here and the grooming care that Bubbly Pups consistently does is top notch.

Bubbly Pups gets a 10/10 every time! I’ve been bringing my pup here for years and have always had a phenomenal experience. Not only do they groom her to perfection, give her the cutest bows and decor (without even asking), have fast turnaround with scheduling and helpful reminders, the kindest customer service and a team that will remember your pup by name, but they make HER happy AND comfortable! She has been to a handful of groomers across CLT and my hometown, many of which she is shaking and nervous when I brought her back a second time. She is eager to rush into bubbly pups from the parking lot every time and as you can see, happy as a clam, when I come in for pickup. Not only my dog, but all of the dogs there seem so much at peace and comfortable when you walk in whether they are still getting their cut or all done waiting for their owner. Thank you Bubbly Pups for creating such a friendly environment for my pup and making sure she looks her best and is all cleaned each and every time!

We recently completed our 3rd grooming with Amber and her team. I've been mostly pleased with the grooming services. My goldendoodle has the longest eyelashes and the first two times, I could not see his eyes after grooming but, we told them and they cut a bit extra this most recent time. Both of my dogs always look and smell so clean when they come home. I think we've found our new permanent grooming spot.

We have taken our Springer Blu to bubbly pups for the past 3 grooming sessions. They always do such a great job with him and he always looks fantastic when he is finished!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this grooming salon and the owner, Amber! My dog is not the easiest when it comes to grooming—he’s anxious, stubborn, and usually won’t let anyone near him with clippers. I’ve tried multiple places before with no success… until now. The owner is incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly experienced. She took the time to earn my dog’s trust instead of rushing the process, and that made all the difference. For the first time ever, he actually allowed a full haircut—and came out looking fantastic. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands dogs on this level and treats them with such care and respect. If you have a nervous or difficult pup like mine, this is absolutely the place to go. I’m beyond grateful and won’t be taking my dog anywhere else!❤️❤️❤️

Look how handsome I look! I have been using Amber for about three years. She is so kind to me and always makes me look so handsome. My mom likes how she can book appointments months in advance to be sure I’m spiffy for special occasions. A few years ago there was a canine flu going around the United States . My mom was freaking out. Amber to extra care in booking my appointments then just to make my mom calm down. I gotta tell ya, Amber and her crew are always cleaning that place and it always looks and smells so good. Too bad you are a human and can’t get your hair done there, but if you know any dogs, they would love it!
