awesome experience! The trim looked great, puppy smelled nice, and it’s the first time she hasn’t been visibly stressed at a groomer drop off or pick up. The staff was lovely as well. Glad I finally found a go to groomer in Charlotte after trying so many options!

I recently took my little puppy to this grooming salon, and I can't say enough good things about them! My pup is usually very nervous and fidgety—he tends to squirm a lot when he's handled. so I was really anxious about how he would do. But the team here is just amazing. They were so patient and gentle with him, they took their time, made sure he was comfortable, and didn’t rush at all. Despite his wiggling, they managed to give him the cutest, most perfect haircut. I was beyond impressed! I really, really recommend them to anyone who has a nervous pup or just wants a reliable, kind grooming service. They truly care about the animals, and I will definitely be coming back again!

I brought my guy, Toby, in for grooming and had a fantastic experience. He’s very nervous and shaky in new environments, but the team was patient and gentle with him. Cesar came out afterward and told me Toby was well-behaved during his cut, which meant a lot to hear. They recommended the right coat length for a Pom instead of cutting him too short, and he looks amazing. Great communication, and a clean, professional job overall. I’ll definitely be bringing him back. Highly recommend.

I loved how they groomed Candy! She looks so beautiful, my girl can be a little unfriendly but they handled her so well and were very patient with her. They did an amazing job!

Our dog went today. He was filthy and needed a desperate grooming. My pup looks so wonderful thanks to the lovely humans who took such good care of him!! He came out of the salon so happy.
