FreshCoat Grooming

My dog is such an anxious girl and so I often do her bath and grooming myself. They took such great care of her at Fresh Coat. She was so happy and was having a great time with the staff when I came to pick her up. Her coat was so soft and she looked so pretty. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be back.

Took my dog here for the first time. She has short fur, so she didn’t need a trim but her bathing and nails were great. Everyone was very friendly and nice!

Our fluffy boy got pampered today with a bath, ear and teeth cleaning and now feels amazing. Service was on time, communication was great, and they even followed up after to ask how they did. Glad we have this within walking distance. We will try a full groom next time 🙂 Happy to support this new neighborhood business, good luck!

I have taken my dog there multiple times now we are have been impressed every time. Customer service and friendliness of everyone who works there is great. The value for the quality of cut and wash I get is definitely worth it!

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service I received. I specifically spoke with Isabella on the phone beforehand, and she clearly understood what a proper Yorkie cut should look like. I felt confident booking because of her knowledge. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly told that Rachel would be doing the grooming instead. The result was honestly unacceptable. My dog’s face is uneven and choppy, and the haircut does not resemble a Yorkie cut at all. It looks like it was done by someone who does not understand the breed standard or proper technique. For over $85, this is completely unacceptable. I paid for a professional grooming and did not receive one. I am genuinely upset with how my dog looks now. I would strongly recommend bringing Isabella back or ensuring that only groomers who actually understand breed-specific cuts are assigned to these appointments. I will not be comfortable returning unless I can book specifically with Isabella.

Ahhhh this place is a GEM! So thankful I found them. They are so sweet and compassionate and you can tell they love what they do!!! Thank you for loving on my boy today and getting him all handsome. You made him so comfortable when usually he is so nervous! Best experience ever. I’m telling all my friends about you all. I appreciate you all!

Had such a great experience bringing Lkimchee and Jersey in for grooming! The staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Kimchee can be a little nervous and Jersey is full of energy, but they handled both of them so well. When we picked them up, they looked amazing—clean, fresh, and happy! So glad we found a place we trust with our pups. Highly recommend!
