Molly and her team at gold standard are absolutely amazing. They are true professionals and have immense knowledge of the trade. I always feel so comfortable dropping off my Bouvier de Flandres with her. I am so thankful that we found her, both my boy Groot and I love all the special care they give. I 1000% recommend them. Cali always leaves here happy and looking her best! Really glad I found Molly and Gold Standard. Always professional. At other groomers in the past, I’ve had to give Cali anxiety meds on grooming day, but not here. Very timely and great price! Very glad we have found this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Sierra at Gold Standard Grooming! She does an amazing job with both of my dogs — my senior husky who has pretty bad anxiety and my fluffy Samoyed puppy. The team is so gentle, patient, and understanding, especially with my husky, who usually gets nervous during grooming. They’re also super quick, efficient, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of care and results you get. Both dogs always come back soft, clean, and smelling wonderful. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about each pet they work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate groomer!

Ok this is by far the best dog groomer in all of Charlotte and possibly in the entire country! We have been to a lot all over and this is the best!! Best priced, best cut quality, all the things. Highly recommend! Thank y’all so much for making Honey look so adorable!

Amazing job with our little Shih Tzu. We let her hair grow pretty long during the winter, but she was getting too hot and needed a nice short cut. I was able to get her in on a Saturday, and she was done in just a few hours. She looks amazing and her coat was so soft and velvety feeling. I highly recommend bringing your furbabies here

Good groomers but scary management. Dropped my dog off for a 10am appointment and by about 1:45pm decided to call and check and see if he was close to being done. No answer on the phone. Called two more times with no answer going to voicemail and left a voicemail at 3pm. 3:45 rolls around, after still not receiving an update, I show up at the groomer with my dog on the table. Excuse given by the owner is that their receptionist was out and had no one to answer the phone which is inexcusable for a business operating with living animals. You aren't a daycare/boarding facility and at no point should a dog be held at a facility unable to be reached at by phone. She didn't charge me for the cut, which was incomplete anyway since I asked them to finish given my desire to remove my pet from their care. Really disappointed and I hope you learn from this mistake.

The absolute best groomers! I have a doodle for the first time (plus new to charlotte!) and Molly/the team at gold standard came highly recommended! They were able to do exactly what I envisioned and what other groomers refused. Molly has a super calming presence and my dog Marnie absolutely loves going! Highly recommended and we’ve found our groomer for life!
