PetSmart Grooming

I'm sorry to hear about the negative experiences other clients had but the staff is new and different than it was 2 to 3 years ago. Jocelyn is the best. She is loving, gentle and patient with my dog. My dog loves her.

I don't usually leave reviews for companies but my experience Wednesday morning was very frustrating. My 7 pound kitten just got spayed and due to that had dried discharge from her wound, I planned and scheduled for her to get the bath and brush. We get to the "salon" and the workers are already frazzled because there were at least three other dogs scheduled as soon as they opened. My kitten wasn't a priority from the start. I finally speak to Monica and she informs me that it'll be an extra cost because cat shampoo and conditioner is more expensive, of course that was never mentioned on the website but I digress. I agree to the new total and she goes to open my kitten's carrier then proceeds to say she can't perform the service on her today because her ears were pent back and she was hissing. My kitten is not vicious, she's very loving but was just scared like any other cat be! I feel as though the workers were very overwhelmed that morning and it was just easier for them to say they couldn't service my kitten. I'm even more frustrated because my kitten then licked all of that dirt off herself, that's gross! Hopefully the grooming salon gets more experienced workers or better policies soon cause all dogs and cats make noises when in unfamiliar places.

Don't bring your pets to the groomers. They don't know what they are doing. So frustrating when you leave your two dogs to get the bath and brush service and they don't do your one dog because he started growling. Like what ?!?!? The dog is 10 pounds. He now smells and looks worse than he did before. The second dog is 15 pounds and they couldn't get all his nails done because he started growling, so they stopped. This place has to be the biggest disappointment I've ever seen. Don't waste your time here. Go to another establishment, you'll get better results.

I wish I could give a zero. I paid extra for a Deluxe package and got nothing literally NOTHING that was supposed to come with it. EXCEPT for the bandana because when zi picked him up she said "oh yeah, a bandana was supposed to come with his package, do you want it"? Really???? Didn’t clean his ears and that’s supposed to be on the BASIC service. So unbelievably disappointed

Please DO NOT GO HERE. go to any other PetSmart grooming location or better yet, a real grooming facility. They are always understaffed and those there don't seem to want to work. They have nicked my dog on cuts.
