They were amazing! My Bam Bam didn’t have a good experience at a well known pet store grooming place for his first groom and I was worried since they said he was difficult I was afraid to take him anywhere else. But I brought my little guy there and immediately they were so welcoming and gentle with him with a meet and greet. He didn’t want to leave which made it so much easier for me. This is my first Yorkie so I wasn’t sure how to get him groom and was able to meet his groomer(I’m sorry I forgot her name) but she was great with suggesting and I even got a text midway of the process. Yes I will be retuning.

The single worst haircut my dog has ever gotten. It looks like they’ve never been to school or learned how to groom. Big patch of over shaved area, they didn’t even bother to trim his tail for some reason, the rest is uneven and splotchy. Nice people, he smelled good but wow…seriously bad grooming. For the exorbitant price I paid I expected better. Normally over $100 but with a new customer discount it was over $80. My dog is 12 lbs and the gentlest dog ever-should’ve been a slam dunk lol That’s twice what I’ve paid anywhere else and got a much superior grooming. Will not be back.

I love the wonderful staff here- they are very keen and sensitive to my dog’s needs -she is affectionate and adores people but gets nervous when they groom her- as many dogs do- they always keep me posted and she loves them. They truly try to work with any type of dog and if you have a difficult one (mine isn’t but can be a little tricky sometimes )- they know how to handle it with kindness and love. My dog adores them!!!!

Downloaded the app, made an appointment, showed up on time, was greeted as soon as we walked in! Friendly, clean and had all my questions answered with knowledge and a smile. My dog Oakley came home looking and smelling fantastic! First time here and won’t be our last. Thank you. 🐾

Our Siberian Husky doesn’t like getting groomed and has a lot to say about it! The team at Scenthound was amazing! They showed him love from the moment we stepped in the door and helped manage his anxiety. We would definitely be back.

First time going to Scenthound and our experience was fantastic. Upon walking in Bambi was greeted by kindness and cheer. Our dog Bambi is not fond of getting groomed but she got a good report and looked fantastic! Highly recommend Scenthound on Rea Rd!!

Scenthound has gone over and beyond with helping us book appointment and taking care of our two dogs. The staff is friendly and efficient and the costs are very reasonable.
