The Dogs Club is AMAZING! Before you even walk in the door, it is evident the emphasis they put on customer service. They are extremely communicative and willing to help with the booking process. After making the appointment, you walk into one of the most beautiful, pristine businesses I have been in. The space feels like a high end hair salon and is absolutely spotless. On top of all of that, they are extremely talented and experts at what they do. Truly cannot say enough great things about my experience!

We absolutely love The Dogs Club! After a bad experience at a different groomer, I was nervous about bringing my pup Rudy to a new place. Heather and Haleigh are extremely knowledgeable, and took extra time to ensure both Rudy and I were comfortable with their process. They are amazing, and it is clear they have a passion for dogs and for what they do! We are go grateful and we will be back again!

I HIGHLY recommend The Dogs Club CLT if you’re looking for amazing groomers. Between the customer service, ease of booking and quality of service, I can’t say enough great things. After having my share of horrible experiences with groomers in the Charlotte area alone, there is a peace of mind knowing that when I pick my pup up, I will be satisfied with the service. My sweet pup barely wanted to leave after his last groom which lets me know that he also had a great experience.

Right now, I have the happiest, cleanest non-stressed boy! Previous grooming experiences included quite a bit of stress and anxiety which really made it hard to want to maintain a professional grooming schedule. Not anymore! The Dogs Club; specifically, Heather's care and skill, is an absolutely fantastic experience. Will definitely be returning and so thankful what was once quite an ordeal (for both the 2- and 4- legged) is and now can be such a positive event!

We are so thrilled for Heather and her beautiful new dog salon, The Dogs Club here in Charlotte! Our poodles, Otis and Hattie, absolutely adore her. Heather treats them like the precious little poodles they are - they come out looking adorable, happy, and perfectly pampered every single time. Levi at the front desk makes the whole experience even smoother. Check-in and pick-up were friendly, easy, and genuinely welcoming - exactly the vibe you want when you’re trusting someone with your furry babies. If you have a pup you love, The Dogs Club is your high-love, city-vibe dog salon. We couldn’t recommend Heather and her growing team more. Otis, Hattie, and their parents are officially obsessed!

This dog salon is a gem! The team took their time, explained everything & made my dog feel completely comfortable. The grooming quality is excellent leaving no stress at all. I’m extremely pleased and will definitely be referring friends & family
