Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Dilworth

I had a great experience with Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Today! This was my 1st experience at this location and I am so excited to find them. The staff from the front desk to the groomers are so friendly. Hannah did an awesome job with Tootsie my 7mo yorkie. I definitely will be back.

We tried Woof Gang for the first time and LOVED it!!!! We’ve tried several other groomers in Charlotte and haven’t been happy with any of them but now we’ve finally found the one! We booked with Rachel and she was amazing! She was very thorough and wanted to make sure our boys cut was exactly how we wanted! Can’t wait to bring Pilot back ❤️

Woof gang is amazing! They always do a fantastic job grooming my dog Bentley (love her birthday bows this time!), but also make it a positive experience for her. They’ve been so helpful from the beginning, explaining her breed and how to take care of her coat to us when we first adopted her - been going back regularly since! Definitely trust them completely and Bentley loves going (and loves their treats)! Their care, knowledge, and kindness really set them apart — we couldn’t ask for better!

Hannah takes such great care of my sweet boy, Arlo! He always looks perfectly groomed and has the best time. Very clean and well kept store as well! Will always recommend Hannah and the wolf gang crew!

I would not recommend going here. They cut my dog around his eye. When I picked him up, they said there were no issues and he was well behaved. 10 minutes later, I took off his leash and noticed his eye, and I immediately called to ask what had happened. The groomer said nothing happened. The manager said maybe his eye got irritated from the "outside air". Later, they said maybe it was shampoo irritation. He has not scratched at his eye at all, so I know it was not irritation and was cut, and you can visibly see the cuts. I understand accidents happen, but the lack of accountability is very disappointing. I asked to refund the tip, which they said they would at least. Showing both eyes for comparison. EDIT: I have been in communication with multiple different people trying to work towards a resolution. I have not been silent. Clearly there’s a lack of communication between employees, based on whatever their response was below. After my review, I saw someone else had a similar experience. I wish I had read all reviews before going here. I didn’t realize I had to do a full, up-close inspection of my dog upon pickup at a groomer’s, but I guess you should if you go here.

Our Portuguese water dog is highly anxious especially when it comes to grooming! We used to dread grooming days because he would be a wreck for a couple days after! With Rachel that isn’t the case! She is so kind and sweet with him and he greets her with a tail wag each time!

This was my first time at Woof Gang and let me tell yall, THEY ARE THE BEST! Customer service is phenomenal, they make sure you are comfortable with the service your pet is receiving. It can be hard dropping your puppy off when your not sure of the kind of staff in the establishment but I was completely worry free here. The staff is so sweet and pays great attention to detail. I was looking for a permanent grooming home for my puppy and stumbled upon this place. Mildred did an AMAZING JOB and i will never take my dog anywhere else😭 if you too are looking for a forever groomers, look no further! The pictures dont even do it justice!💕
