My dog has had surgeries on both of her back legs. The groomers are very gentle and patient with her. She is older and has weak legs. I always ask if they mind doing her nail trim down on the ground and they are always very accommodating. I just left, and Kaitlin (not sure how she spells her name) was the groomer to do her nail trim this time. She did a FABULOUS job! They all always do, this is why I take her there. But I actually called them to find out what her name was because Kaitlin did them so well. I also would like to mention that I appreciate that All Gussied Up takes walk- ins for nail trims.

The service here is absolutely amazing! My dog loves coming here and always gets excited the moment we arrive. The staff is so friendly and caring, making the experience stress-free for both pets and owners. Every time I pick up my dog, he looks great and smells fantastic! They really pay attention to detail and treat the animals with such kindness. This has quickly become my go-to spot for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had an extremely stressful experience trying to get my cat’s nails trimmed before coming here, and Courtney completely changed that for us. From the moment we arrived, she was calm, patient, and confident without being forceful. She allowed me to stay with my cat the entire time and even let me hold and comfort her while she worked, which made a huge difference. Courtney paid attention to my cat’s body language, didn’t rush, didn’t overwhelm her, and handled everything gently and efficiently. My cat was scared but never aggressive, never restrained harshly, and Courtney adjusted her approach instead of escalating the situation. The entire process was smooth, quiet, and respectful — something I hadn’t experienced elsewhere. You can tell Courtney actually understands animals and knows how to work with anxious pets, not just "get the job done." I left feeling relieved, respected, and confident bringing my cat back to her again. I will absolutely be returning and recommending Courtney to anyone who has a nervous or sensitive pet. She made what felt impossible feel manageable.

Just had my dog's nails trimmed. He is a jerk about it but the ly let me hold him down and got it done fast! Going to start getting his baths done here as well.

They did an amazing job!!!! We have a 13 year old dog who hates getting cut and can never find somewhere to take him. They worked with us and our puppy and he looks amazing!! We will never go anywhere else! They are so kind and caring and we are so grateful!

First time ever taking any of my dogs to a groomer, and the staff were fantastic!! My husky was overly excited and hard to calm down, but they were so patient with him! These are true professionals, and very reasonably priced. My Shag man looks like a million bucks! Thank you 🙂

I have two Saint Bernards. I have been going here for years! Awesome people! Andrea has handled both of my dogs since day one and always takes such great care of them! Thanks to Andrea and all the staff!
