Melanie, the awesome owner at Scrub-a-pup, provides a much needed service for those of us who do not have the space to scrub our pups! Plenty of room in the SELF-wash areas and a full assortment of soaps and other materials to help get our fur friends clean. For SELF-drying, there are separate rooms with all of the amenities needed to dry our pups off after a relaxing warm bath. We will be back for sure! PRO TIP: Although walk-ins are welcome, book an appointment and ask if there are any others waiting (just in case your pup gets anxious around other dogs). BONUS: My back and legs are not sore from bending over in the shower tub. AND, the folks take care of the cleaning for you. Tooootally worth it.

A cute little spot! I’m a ten year retired dog groomer who needed a spot to give my little guy, Vinnie, a bath. This place was exactly what I was looking for! They have professional grade tubs, have filtered water, and offer shampoo. The owner let me use my own and made sure to check on us if we needed anything. The tubs are in the same room but face different directions so it’s still private. The blow dry room is completely private as it is an enclosed space with a door. The blow dryer doesn’t get too hot and has enough force to get through my dogs coat, which is thick!! If you don’t have your own brushes, no worries, she does provide a couple of brushes and combs for you to use! The pricing is incredibly fair for everything that is offered!!

Today was our first time at the Wash Spaw and we already are looking forward to the next! We were greeted so warmly and everything was ready for us to wash and brush our fluffy husky. It was really awesome to have a room of our own for brushing a drying! The experience was comfortable and relaxing both for the pup and his parents (us)! I really loved the cute spa touches, like massage tools, rose oils, etc. We even got a cute Christmas picture of our pup in front of a winter background!! So grateful to have found this place!

We took our foster dog to get a bath after his arrival. He was 110 pounds and had probably never had a bath before! She was so helpful and patient as we got him in the tub and gave us everything we needed to wash and brush him. She also gave us a spray to help with his skin issues. Would definitely recommend!

What a find! The owner is super accommodating, she offers professional sinks, filtered water, a separate grooming room, complete tools and a hair dryer. The table is at a comfortable height, to care for my girl and not strain my back. Both times I’ve been there we’ve been the only ones there, which is perfect for my nervous dog. I’ve been grooming her myself for years and this place makes it so much easier. They even offer an experienced groomer come in to trim her nails, she is not associated with this business, so it’s an additional cost, but at a very reasonable, price. (She was great with Winnie, took her time and clearly knew what she was doing.) I would give more stars if I could.

The owner is so sweet and has created the perfect home away from home to bathe your dog! They have so many options of shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and separate drying rooms. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back!
