Barbara is the only person that I will let take care of my little girl Pearl. I do not ever worry about Pearl when Barbara has her. She treats her like she is her own. Barbara is a precious person. I have used her for over 12 years. Simply the best groomer and boarder. She goes above and beyond expectations.
Barbara and Rebecca do a great job on grooming both of our dogs. They actually are excited to go there and see them.
Barbara has been grooming our yorkie for about 10 years. She is wonderful! Even after moving away to Gardendale we have continued to make the trip to have her groom our baby. I highly recommend! Not only a great groomer but a wonderful friend!
Nothing but GREAT things for Blue Rock! The owner is beyond phenomenal and the workers are nothing but SWEET to our pups. When other local grooming places had a wait list 2 months out, Blue Rock was able to squeeze us in the next day. That to me is everything, and doing what you can for customers!!! This place is a blessing for the Chelsea community!
Love this groomer! So did my Mayzee. Rebecca gave Mayzee the best haircut she has ever had. Mayzee loved the "home style" atmosphere. She wasn't crated, had free access to water, and they gave her frequent breaks. Mayzee is over 10 years old and really appreciated the treatment she got. Great prices as well.
AFTER CALLING AND TEXTING MULTIPLE TIMES, OWNER REFUSED TO CALL US BACK. OUR DOGS HAD BEEN OING TO HER FOR A YEAR. SHE IS RUDE AND CLAIMS TO BE A CHRISTIAN, BUT IN THIS CASE DID NOT ACT LIKE ONE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Ms. Barbara is great! We board our Gracie with her when we travel.
