I just had my King Charles Cavalier groomed there and she was awesome. She smelled amazing, looked awesome and wasn’t ready to leave she loved it there😊😊. She is a MODEL DOG and they never disappoint me for her photo shoots. Thank you to the owner and staff@ All Paws Rock in Cherry Hill for your care and professionalism you NEVER DISAPPOINT 🐩🐩🐩🐾😊 I definitely recommend this groomer if you are in the area.

My pup has been coming here for about 2 years. They are very welcoming. Although my pup resisted at first, she now looks forward to her visits with Andrea. Her groom is always perfect. She has also stayed with Andrea several times and both my pup and I have been very happy.

I was looking for a place to take my baby goldendoodle Ruby for a long time and I found this one! It is a place with very good vibes where they treated me spectacularly and gave my baby an excellent service! It is highly recommended! The staff is very attentive and friendly! I already have my favorite groomer from now on! Love it♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Today was my first time going to all paws rock. A coworker of mine had recommended them. I’m so happy she did! I called and the woman was so helpful and nice (I have a new puppy and wasn’t sure how the first groom went.) I was late to the appointment because I got lost but they didn’t mind and all and still took care of Winnie. They did a wonderful job!! The price and timing was good too! Thank you so much, we will be back! Before and after!

They do cats! I brought my cat in today with matting, and she was shaved where needed, and washed, she's a skittish cat at times especially with the carrier and she was from what I was told a complete sweetheart. They did find some pus build up and recommended i take her to vet as a precaution. All three ladies were very nice, and it's close to home for me (within 10 minutes). For not too many people take on cats, and they do, so if you have a cat, I'd recommend them. Also seen a golden retriever coming out looking very pretty.

This place had potential. Took my Samoyed twice and loved it. Return a third time for a cut grooming with Andrea and was schedule for Maple shade location on Saturday February 21st, only to get there and be told that the appointment was at the Cherryhill location (not with Andrea). Arrived to Cherryhill and they told us Logan was only scheduled for a cleaning, no cut. That’s BS!! He is doubled coated and we always schedule him for a complete grooming (clean and cut). They did a terrible job with the cleaning and I called to complain. I received no apology before my phone call. Andrea then scheduled with me a free haircut for Logan on the following Monday however it snowed and was moved to Tuesday at 10am. I arrived to the appointment and the place is closed. Still waiting and it’s currently 10:48am. No answer to any of my text or phone calls to them. I’ve never experience such bad customer service in my life until now. They do not deserve any stars on their reviews. Andrea and her team are unprofessional. I will not return back and will spend my money on PROFESSIONAL grooming businesses only. Businesses that will provide excellent services to their customers! All Paws Rock, do better!!!!

When I first came here there was a woman who groomed my cat perfectly. I believe her name was Lizzie or Lyndsay. I know her name started with an L and she was very good with my cat when it came to giving him a sanitary shave and clipping his nails. When I brought him in a second time, there was some new goth looking girl that I never seen before. She had blue/greenish hair with a piercing on here face. Well this girl did a terrible job at shaving my cat. It was not a shave, it was more of a hack job. The people here are really nice but I can’t have different people working on my cat every time I bring him in. Everybody doesn’t have that certain skill when it comes to shaving a cat.
