I took my dog ​​on Wednesday and she came back with a cut near her eye, she was very scared and the next day I saw that her paws were red! Terrible service, disappointed!

I took my dog here. They washed him and cleaned his teeth. He came out smelling good! The wash was really fast like 2 hrs . It was also really convenient bc they took him in the same day I called.

Worst experience ever - the guy got upset with amount that I gave of a tip didn’t help me with one my dog to keep her until would take the other one to the car and my little one ran away to street I was running after her thank God nothing happened to her . Never Again I’m going there also it was to fast they didn’t smell liked cleaned . Very disappointed!

Wonderful spot!!!! My dog came out looking good. I have a miniature poodle, He did an amazing job, he took good care of my dog. My dog didn’t want to leave lol.

Just go somewhere else. I have 2 large dogs. Paid $80 for one and $85 for the other. He told me it would take 2 hours, but was done with both in less than 1 hour (and kind of rushed me to come get them quick because he "had a lot of dogs today"). I thought it was too quick but held out hope. Nope. They still smell slightly sour and were wet, still shedding a bunch of fur. It’s clear the job wasn’t thorough and he was rushing. No way 30 minutes each is enough time to sufficiently bathe, nail trim, furminate, and clean ears of 2 100lb dogs! $160 an hour + tip for subpar service means you are scamming people. For that price I expect an amazing clean. I recommend going somewhere else.

I am very upset with this place, they made a very ugly wound to my dog on one of her legs, I do not blame the owner if he has other people helping him, but I think that for professional ethics, they should report any incident, since as owners we do not realize at the moment, which can cause (in this case my dog) that the wound could be infected and cause her to death .. I hope this does not happen, because I would sue the place!!!!
