Dashing Dog - West Loop

I had a great experience at Dashing Dog! Trip did a great job grooming Paddington and I am so happy with his cut. Paddington can be a little shy at the groomer and I can tell Trip took time to make him feel comfortable and enjoyed spending time with him. We will be back!

This is our second time at Dashing Dog for my Pomeranian and Jack Russell Terrier. I am very happy with their treatment and services. Each time their groomer Lux had cut them exactly the way I wanted them to look. They did a great job of communicating what exactly I was looking for and made sure we were in mutual agreement of what they would do. I got the nail trimming as well and was very satisfied with how that went. The dogs loved opening their complimentary gifts when they got home and the Polaroid is such a sweet touch. Next time I will look into more of their services offered than just the cut, wash, and trim since they have shown to repeatedly give good quality service. I will continue to book with Lux!

Lexi did such a great job with my dog! The cut came out exactly like I wanted it to. His ears were a little matted but she took extra time and care to make sure they looked good. My dog is always very excited to come and he loves the toy he gets at the end of his service 😊 will be coming back!

This was our first time at Dashing Dog and our experience was fantastic! She was done on time and they did a great job with her haircut and ear trim. It was a bit on the pricey side for a dog groom, but we're happy with the results.

Lux did an amazing job on our mini Goldendoodle! Facility looked clean. I would feel more at ease if they had a second door at the main entrance. It seemed the main door is used frequently and I can see a dog accidentally escaping and making it out. We were asked to remove her collar as well, maybe giving a dog a temporary tag could help if a dog were to get loose.

Will did a fantastic job grooming my adorable Pomeranian, Lavender! They even have a cozy little espresso bar and delight you with a cute gift bag and a Polaroid photo of your pup after each grooming session. Lavender was so excited about her surprise gift! It's clear they treat both dogs and owners with genuine attention, care, and kindness. I honestly can't recommend this place enough! Plus, their prices are really reasonable, especially considering their downtown Chicago location. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Incredible groomers, incredible care, I won’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else. They have amazing patience and are so good with my pups. One of my dogs has intervertebral disc disease, heart disease and gut issues and they have no problems with her. Thank you to the dashing dog grooming team 🤍
