I have so many great things to say about Billy (groomer) and Jonathan (administration). After so many bad experiences with groomers in the lakeview and Lincoln park area, I feel so lucky to have found this place! They make my maltipoo Lily look so pretty and fluffy, and they are so kind and accommodating!

Angela is the best there is. And we’ve looked! We have been taking our 6lb toy poodle to see Angela for 4 years now. Three years ago we moved to Evanston and tried a local groomer and immediately regretted it. Worth the drive and worth every penny! Highly recommended

I’ve tried taking my dog there twice. Honestly just felt like rude people inside. One time I had shopping bags and a shopping list with my dog in the other hand and instead of greeting me and seeing what I needed, they just assumed I was selling something and tried to shoo me out the door twice before they realized I was trying to setup a time to get my dog groomed. They may or may not be great groomers but they don’t seem friendly. I’d rather take my dog elsewhere.

Rude Unprofessional receptionist puts you on hold forever. They should hire more help rather than putting people on such long holds while they listen to dogs barking loudly in the background. Good customer service would be to offer to call the customer back if they are that short staffed!
