I was looking for a groomer online for my mini aussie and saw this one. I decided to make an appointment and was very happy with the results. The owner was very professional and did an amazing job. She took her time and even gave me advice and help with other issues with my dog. He looks great after his hair cut and the groomer and her husband were very nice and friendly. I had previously taken him to a pet smart to get his nails done and a trim and they charged an arm and a leg for literally doing nothing to him. This was extremely affordable and my dog looked great. Thank you so much!

When you first look at this place you may not think much of it. A little old school was my 1st thought. But old school also means excellent experience with an outcome that was equivalent to a best-case-scenario. , Gloria, was amazing with my 5 month Chow Chow, Zeus. Her patience with her as a puppy, and concern for his potential anxiety were exactly what he needed, and what I thought was impossible to find. I can't thank her enough and hope she can see him for as long as he is with me. I have already rescheduled Zeus's next appointment with Hollywood Pro Cuts! Im so happy things worked out as they did. Such a relief to know Zeus will no longer have to spend stressful hours in cages at stationary groomers. We are so thankful we ran across Hollywood Dogs Pro Cuts because we learned so much about our puppy. They have more than 25+ years of experience. YOU CANT GO WRONG!! I do not recommend this place at all. My experience with the owner was extremely disappointing—she was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. I scheduled an appointment last week for my two dogs and informed her in advance that one of them is a 4-month-old puppy. The day before the appointment, she called and said she would not take the puppy because he would be "too much of a headache." Then she contacted my father and stated she wouldn’t accept either of our dogs unless we brought the puppy in first, to see if she could handle him. We told her we would take our puppy elsewhere and asked if she could still groom our 9-year-old dog. She refused and told us that if she couldn’t groom the puppy, no one else would be able to. To make matters worse, she brought up our 7-year-old dog—who recently had to be put down due to health issues—and claimed he died because we didn’t bring him in for grooming, which is completely false and extremely insensitive. We used to take him in for grooming every six weeks. After making that hurtful comment, she abruptly hung up the phone. This entire experience was deeply unprofessional and upsetting, and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This is the ultimate best when it comes to personalized grooming for your pets. I looked at other places and they were charging a huge amount here you get personalized care set hours and very reasonably priced. You can tell she really loves and takes care of the animals because my dog looks forward to going to see her every month

I went in there for only a nail trim. They were very kind and knowledgeable! Even tho I came in for only a nail trim, she also cleaned out his ears & gave him medication because he had a fever that I wasn’t aware of at the time. She also cleaned my puppies anal gland which my other groomers did not. She gave me good advice on how to take care of his hair as well as good food recommendations for my puppy. They were very welcoming & kind and I’m so happy I brought my puppy here instead of another place! Would recommend again!!

My first impression was this place was a little outdated coming from fancy groomers in the suburbs. I must say that my dog had the best cut since I had him. I was so happy with the way he looked and how happy he was after he was groomed. They also gave me tips on a new food that hopefully will help my dog with his ailments. She truly cares for your pet and his general well being. So for me that is what its all about. He will only be groomed by her now. I appreciate honesty and experience.

My boyfriend took our dog Toby to get groomed. The groomer stated she would have to shave him short, which was fine cause we took longer than usual to get him groomed, though he was brushed she said his undercoat was what the problem was. We agreed to let her cut him short. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was that my dog came back with so many scratches. He has marks on his legs, on his neck, on his ears. All cuts from him being groomed so badly. He has a bald spot on by his ear & now has some ingrowns growing on his back. She said he "didn’t like to be groomed" which no dog ever does, but this was the first time ever hearing from a groomer about him being difficult. Never going back. If you cannot groom a dog or don’t want to groom a dog then let us know. Instead of grooming him and sending him home full of marks.
