PetSmart Grooming

I take my dogs to Petsmart grooming for a bath & hair cut. I love how they cut my dogs hair and how clean the salon is.

I did not have a good experience at my dogs last grooming appointment with Jesselyn. This is my first time booking with Jesselyn. When I arrived she and the receptionist were not friendly at all. I showed her a picture of my dogs usual cut and she barely looked at it. I asked if she wanted me to send it to her and she declined. When I picked my dog up the cut was nothing like the picture or what we discussed. I definitely will not be booking with Jesselyn again. I’ve got my dog groomed here a few times and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. If booking here avoid booking with Jesselyn.

I went to Petsmart a couple of months ago and I gave them my address and phone number. I live nearby at a place for people who are disabled and over 55. They were extremely rude, condescending and definitely need several more years to grow up because they didn’t respect me at all. I will never go back to the Irving park location again. I was treated with respect at the Elston location. I recommend them.

I called same day hoping for an appointment and they accommodated me. My German Shepherd Hazel was well taken care of and the staff was friendly and most definitely gave her the tlc she needed.

Friendy, helpful staff. Limited selection of wet food for senior dogs

We are always happy on how the haircut of our portie looks like. This is our 2nd time coming and will be coming for the next hygiene/grooming for our pet.

Great work but the employees are really rude unfortunately.
