I've scheduled an appointment for bath & haircut to my dog bought a package that included nail trim , also paid extra $15 for nail grind , you have to pay on front of store ,you are not able to see your dog prior payment, they could explain Arleen M (groomer) couldn't trim & grind my dog's nails so I wouldn't pay for it. Paid for an extra service & didn't get it. Next time its better to communicate upfront

Not a good experience. My dog was kept for over 3 hours and the groomer, Nate was unable to clip her nails, her ears were still dirty amongst other things. All of this, and I was charged almost $80! The FurMinator (that was extra) didn’t work. This new location did not have a functional restroom for the employees or the clients! I miss the old location and grooming employees that used to work there. Would not recommend!
