The lady was extremely rude. I had my dogs vaccination record on my phone and she did not accept it. She was unaccommodating and disrespectful. I will not return.

I recently took my dog to her grooming appointment at this location, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. I had concerns about how the staff handled pets, as I noticed one employee forcefully pulling my dog by the neck when she hesitated to walk with him. This approach immediately struck me as lacking patience and compassion. The appointment lasted approximately two and a half hours, yet it was clear that very little was accomplished. Her nails were not clipped, the hair around her face was uneven, and they didn’t even attempt to groom her feet. When I asked for an explanation, I was repeatedly given the same excuse, rather than any effort to address the issue or offer a solution. In contrast, I had taken her to a different location previously, where the staff acknowledged that she was nervous but took the time to build trust with her. That experience ended positively—she was visibly more comfortable and even affectionate with the stylist. This time, however, she returned distressed and crying, which was heartbreaking to see. What was particularly upsetting is that I was sent an invoice to pay before I even had a chance to assess her grooming. I did speak with the manager, Danielle, who was kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and handled the bill appropriately, which I truly appreciated. That said, I don’t plan on returning to this location. I don’t feel the employees are adequately trained or equipped to handle pets who require a bit more care and patience. Moreover, the overall attitude of the staff came across as combative and unprofessional, which doesn’t inspire confidence or make for a welcoming environment.
