Purrvana Chicago

My cat had just had surgery and I had to travel for work. He needed meds three times a day. My cat is 12 and had never been boarded before. What an amazing place. I am so glad that I found Purrvana! He was so well-taken care of. There was a camera in his room and I could see him at all times. The staff is amazing and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I learned that it's hard to find medical boarding in the city and I'm so thankful that Purrvana is an option whether for medical boarding or regular boarding. I highly recommend Purrvana. 5 stars.

it was my very first mobile grooming so I was a bit skeptical at first however it turned out really good and I'll definitely be booking another appointment the soonest I can! Lauren's energy ( the person whom bathed my cat Yoyo) was so friendly and sweet ,I felt comfortable lending Yoyo (my cat) to Lauren for the bath! She explained the process well and was very generous even gave her a little present ( which was a nice flowery collar that complemented her eyes) and though Yoyo is a very shy cat I can tell she treated her with respect!! And the prices are reasonable and so well worth! Thank you!

Lauren was so wonderful with my kitties! Rapunzel, Jake, Felix and Cheeto had never been groomed they look fabulous! I highly recommend Purrvana to all cat owners, you will be in great hands!

We boarded our cat while we had to be out of town and reluctant since this would be her first time in a hotel. What a fun place. It is a true hotel and the rooms are so well appointed. Our little fur-baby had a lot of to relax on, climb on, play with, and even had some special play time. They made her a kitty cocktail as a treat! So nice to have a cat-exclusive boarding option. Thanks for taking care of our baby!

Cannot thank the owner enough for the lovely experience my cat and I had with Purrvana. I own a two year old Ragdoll cat who was in need of a permanent groomer to maintain his coat. The booking process is simple and fast and the owner was super responsive to my questions/concerns. I thought the price was great for the convenience of mobile grooming and was so impressed with his overall results. I appreciate the extra steps she took to make my cat feel comfortable and tailor the grooming process to his specific needs. The owner is an expert in her field and has so much love for the animals in her care. I would recommend checking out the @purrvanachicago Instagram for a closer look at her adorable clients.

The grooming was good, not spectacular, for the cost. I contacted Lauren for the cost ahead of time and figured it would be around $160-175. When Jade told me it was over $200 (I live in the Loop), I was shocked. I asked for an itemized receipt, but have not yet received one. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to do this again, as I don’t have resources for this. The cut was no better than Pet Smart

I'm moving this week and couldn't go to my normal groomer for Brew, so I found Purrvana and was SUPER happy with the whole process. Convenient and easy, all I had to do was run my cat downstairs to the van! Lauren was great with my cat and made her calm and comfortable the whole time. I even got a little goodie bag in the end with toys and treats! Highly recommend this van!!!!
