My dog was handled by Haley and they did a phenomenal job. ‘Bama was bathed. Cut. Nails trimmed. And her teeth brushed. Haley was the epitome of care and patience as well as talent and skill. They were within the time quoted and kind and courteous at drop off and pick up. Appreciate them and will def bring my ‘Bama Boo back again ! 🖤

My dog Beau is very vocal and can be intimidating with her voice. We have been going to the Grooming Gallery for the last 4 years and the team has always taken excellent care of Beau and understands her boundaries! Beau had dry skin over the winter months and Eric suggested an oatmeal bath to help sooth the skin. She always comes home fresh and clean with the cutest bandanas. We love the grooming gallery!

I’m from Chicago and have tried a handful of dog groomers around the city for my Mini Australian Shepherd and I am so glad to have found The Grooming Gallery, specifically the groomer Haley. She is kind, professional, and a great listener. She is great with dogs and my pup was immediately comfortable with her. I’ve found that Aussie’s tend to be complicated to groom but not for Haley, who was sure to ask questions and make great suggestions. I never have to worry about how my dog’s cut will go, she always comes out looking great. I’m very appreciative that I’ve found my go-to Groomer and highly recommend Haley, if you are lucky to have the opportunity.

Had a great first experience with my shaggy standard poodle, Winston. He looks great!!! Very impressed with his groom, Haley and everyone was super nice , seemed like they all worked together nicely! Winston only took 3 hours and it’s one of his best haircuts! Also really appreciated not being given any owner guilt about his temperament or how I should have come sooner, etc. I’ve heard some things. Got an appointment quickly, right before Christmas, and it was affordable! I’ll be calling soon for his next groom! Also, my dog came out of the groom totally happy and himself. He was handled with love. Thanks again!

Our dog (6 yo greyhound) is a nightmare about getting his nails trimmed but the folks at Grooming Gallery do an incredible job with him. He still hates it but they’re efficient, gentle, accommodating, and professional. The only thing that would make this place better would be an online booking system!

We gave this place a try based on the recommendation by our vet and wanting to support a local business but won’t be back. After showing pics and giving explicit instructions—and saying exactly, do not shave her, call me with any issues—we returned to retrieve a stressed out, basically shaved mini bernedoodle, with no protection now in this cold. Even weirder, we got this explanation from the groomer about the blade used and how she found a few mats on her chest and legs. So, why did she take our dog down so short all over? No sense at all or decency for the dog’s well-being. And somehow the appt took 2.5 hours for a washed and shaved dog, and we paid more for an "express" visit to have her only work on our pup. We’ll be telling our vet when we see her next not to recommend further. Extremely disappointed and furious.

Really nice folks all around. We love Eric! They are all great with dogs. They've done an awesome job with my long haired Chihuahua the last several years.
