Chino Hills Pet Grooming

My family has been living in Chino Hills for over 20 years, and this is hands down the #1 groomer in the city that we trust. All four of our dogs are groomed here, and they do a truly fabulous job every time. Their prices are unbeatable, and the service is top-notch. They’re always accommodating, flexible, and genuinely care about our dogs. Our Saint (pictured) has been coming here since he was just a few months old, and the care and consistency have been incredible. Saint struggles with chronic ear infections, and they do an amazing job helping us maintain his ear cleanliness, which has made a huge difference. We absolutely love this business and highly recommend them to everyone.

They always do such an amazing job with my dog — he comes home looking and smelling fantastic every single time. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the animals. I really appreciate how they take the time to listen to what I want and make sure my dog feels comfortable throughout the grooming process. The shop is clean, organized, and runs on time, which makes drop-off and pickup so easy. They also take all types of payment (Zelle, Venmo, cash, card etc) which is very convenient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and loving groomer!

Always a pleasure going there. My dog and cats loves them, the dog always excited for his spa day. Easy and fast to schedule an appointment within a day or 2. Very clean and staff are so nice.

After grooming, my dog is so cute, smells great, and is clean! The lady with the dyed hair is so nice as well. They were definitely professionals in grooming.

Amazing experience! I took my cat here to get cleaned for the very first time, a little worried because he’s never been washed before. They were so kind and careful with him, and said he did such a good job. When I picked him up he was so calm, not frantic at all, and of course very clean, with a nice little bandana! 10/10 will be returning.

This shop was amazing. I sat and watched how they treat the animals and as they took care of my cat, these ladies were so sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend you try them. Even the vet next door brings his fur babies to them!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I’ve gotten my small cat groomed here a couple of times and was somewhat content with the results, so I continued coming back despite minor issues. My last time here reminded me why I should never come back. We requested a full grooming that includes the haircut, wash, ear cleaning and nail cut for the full $95 total, like we always do. Only after we paid, were we told that she was not washed nor were her ears cleaned because of her reaction. That’s fine, but we were still charged the full $95 price even though all the services were not received! I kindly asked for a partial refund or somewhat credit, and was refused. They apparently charge for the "mess" that’s made from the shaving?? Not to mention the horrible shave she received with her little hairs everywhere causing a mess when we got home. It’s obvious she wasn’t cleaned nor brushed after. Horrible and messy job. My cat is an indoor cat so finding out she was shaved and was not properly washed nor cleaned after being with other outdoor pets in the same location there is quite worrisome. Disappointed and will be looking for a new groomer.
