Great service! My cat looked so handsome. We weren't expecting to be this good because I only asked if it would be possible to shave some of the matted hair. He only got the haircut because he got nervous from the bath, but we got the refund for that. I think he loves it because he's been more playful and active than usual. We'll schedule again with Yvette. She did an amazing lion haircut💛.

They charged me double all because there employees just don’t know what they’re doing I was a Work when my brother and my father went to go pick up Max and I get a call from them saying that they’re charging them again and I I was speaking to the person there telling them that I already paid it online and they’re trying to tell me that it’s not connecting but there was a service weekend fee and the price change at the store it’s ridiculous he started adding all these other fees and increasing the price don’t come to this place for your dog this place is just scamming you when you get there they’re going to try adding all these additional prices that are unnecessary and they don’t even complete the package they barely even wash them they didn’t give them a haircut or nothing or no trimming know what you’re cleaning the ears his nails he practically came out the same as I took him because he couldn’t control a dog that is literally ankle level and they charged his breed to something else that’s not even his breed it’s so far from his breed to add that extra cost to this is ridiculous

I wait for 30 min nobody help me when to the cashier he told me there should be someone there to help me, they finished helping me at the end
