Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Chino Hills

This place is amazing!! I was helped by Cassandra, and she is so kind and truly wants your pet to have the best experience. They genuinely care about your pets. My boys have found their new home for grooming needs! They each had their own groomer, and each dog was treated according to their individual needs. Ramiro and Viviana took such great care of my boys and did an excellent job. Thank you all so much!

This was my first time taking my dog to Woof Gang. I absolutely loved the experience. The place is clean, the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. The owner was there and asked for feedback to help make the business everything our community wants in a dog bakery & groomer. My dog came out of the grooming session looking beautiful. The groomer Ramiro was amazing. He gave a quick report of how grooming went. I could tell he has lots of experience grooming and really cares for animals. I booked a 2nd appointment. Next time I’ll grab treats from their vast selection of goodies.

I was looking for a shop to give my pup a biweekly bath since she already has a regular groomer, and I came across Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming on Yelp. They offer several bath options, so I decided to give them a try. Making an appointment was easy, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The shop is absolutely adorable and fully stocked with everything your furry friend could need—from everyday essentials and special treats to toys, harnesses, and leashes. We’ve now had two appointments, and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring each time we’ve visited. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and care about their customers and their pets. Overall, this is a charming neighborhood shop that offers great service and a fantastic selection of products for your furry family members. We’re happy we found it and will definitely continue coming back for baths and pet goodies!

My baby, Zero, is an anxious dog, and he gets more scared when we try to trim his nails and wash him. In the past, he has been rejected and returned immediately by groomers and even the vet who tried to trim his nails, as he became stressed and barked loudly. But Woofgang Chino Hills took care of him despite his anxiety. We've always had the impression that Zero can be aggressive bc he was rejected by groomers, but Ramiro, one of the experienced pet groomers at Woofgang, reassured us that Zero isn't an aggressive boy, just a complainer. Ramiro took care of Zero on both our visits, one of which included nail trimming and a luxury bath, and he did a great job! The people at the front, especially Majeska, were all helpful, welcoming, and experienced when it came to dogs. The setup of the store is really nice and clean. I was surprised to discover many dog treats and products I didn't know existed before. I especially like their baked goods for dogs. Highly recommend this place! They all love dogs here and handle them with care. Good service to both humans and doggos.

We had a great experience here! Majesta greeted us at the front desk. She was very good with our puppies, very calm & personable. Then we met the groomer Romero who was just as friendly and great with the puppies! Our puppies came out so cute and smelled so fresh! Excellent job!

I took my Yorkie for the first time to Woof Gang Chino Hills for her 3rd Barkday Bath and Groom and we had the best experience! From being amazingly greeted at the door by Cassandra to meeting her groomer Ramiro! She left so happy and looked so amazing! The owner was very nice and helpful! Thank you all for making this experience so wonderful for us! Can’t wait to see you all again next month 🥰

I've been looking for a new groomer for my 14 yo furbaby. After searching for a quieter, less stressful environment for him, I found this place. Upon walking into the bakery area, there were so many unique, fun treats, and a variety of other goodies from organic, and wholesome biscuits to bones and chew snacks. My furbaby wasted no time in exploring every inch of the store like a kid in a candy shop. But what really impressed me was the welcome we received from the young lady (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) who checked us in, and our groomer, Viviana. They were both knowledgeable and so friendly, that it eased my anxiety about leaving my baby in a new place. The salon was located in another room behind the bakery area, which was clean and most of all quiet. Definitely a huge difference from your local Petsmart or Petco grooming salon. When their website advertised it was a stress free environment, they weren't lying. Our baby is a special needs, senior pup, who now requires a quieter environment, and a patient groomer willing to take their time with him. We could instantly tell Viviana did just that, by his calm behavior after we picked him up. We're so appreciative of her and of all the staff we encountered. Although, their pricing is slightly higher than Petsmart, the one on one attention and the overall positive energy of the salon made all the difference. Thanks again everyone!
