I should’ve taken a moment to review the reviews on this establishment. The owners were pleasant in nature, contrary to the other reviews. Upon receiving my dog Everything was great, however, not a day later after, my dog had an allergic reaction breaking out in hives all over her body. I reached out to the owners and left a voicemail asking them to contact me so we can get down to the bottom of the issue and perhaps avoid the product that was used in the future.They did not reach in response to my voicemail , I take it as they don’t care about my dog, feelings or future patronage. I will not be going back.

They did a great job on my fur baby while it lasted. She always smelled and looked great. But their customer service is not the best. Very unprofessional. They tell you one thing and later on another. Make no sense. Called in earlier to ask about walk-ins. Was told 10-3pm walk-ins no requirements. Called in a few hours later to make sure they were not busy. The lady said they no longer take walk-ins due to pandemic and that they require vaccination record as well. 2nd time that I have dealt with their change of mind with servicing my pet. They need to stick to one answer.

Don’t let the one star fool you, would give zero if possible. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. After weeks of trying to get through and countless of voice messages, none of which were returned, a gentleman picked up and scheduled an appointment for a week later. Was followed up with a call from a lady during the week to make sure we brought proof of vaccinations. Showed up door was locked, tried knocking and nothing. Called several times while outside and continued knocking, the lights were all on inside by the way. Finally had to leave as my 15 break which turned into my 30 min lunch was over. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB so hopefully they start making changes for others as I don’t plan on returning.

I've been going to Alma's since I had my dogs first groom and nail trim 8 years ago now. I try to be understanding with her hours, it seems she is the owner, but she runs her shop the best she can to her capabilities. She remembers my dogs since they were puppies. I keep going for Alma, and also hope to see her soon again!

I am surprised this place is still open, my dog was treated poorly by these people, not only that the way these people act is outrageous! They are careless of what they do and say if you are thinking of coming here PLEASEEEE Look somewhere else where they treat your fur baby and YOURSELF with the respect that is needed.

Every time I try to call and schedule an appointment I never get a respond back, even when I leave a massage.

Definitely don’t go here, she keeps raising the time every time you go !
