​I had an amazing experience at this self-wash dog grooming station! The receptionist was absolute sweetest—she walked me through the entire process and was incredibly friendly. The facility was kept spotless, and they provide absolutely everything you need, from shampoo and conditioner down to cotton balls for their ears. Even after adding a few extras, the price was still super affordable. This is 100% better than trying to do it at home. I’ll definitely be back!

Andrea was so nice and accommodating. She was communicative throughout and her work is impeccable. She made sure to included me in the decision when she found that my dog was too matted around the neck. She had to cut her short and I thought it’d be a lost cause but when I picked her up, she was perfection. I’m so happy I found this spot and will definitely be back!

This is a family run and owned dog wash and the services that are available are wonderful. It is centrally located in Chula Vista and the facilities met all of our needs. Super friendly people and now the only place I'll be bringing my dog. The prices are a lot easier on the wallet than my previous dog wash. Keep up the great work and look forward to our future visits.

Since moving to Chula Vista, I needed to find a new groomer. Through my research, I found the Fluff Element and was impressed with their reviews and when I made an appointment they were prompt to answer my questions and address concerns and flexible changing my appointment time. After taking Molly, Andrea was so sweet to my girl and has a kind demeanor. I love to support small businesses and felt comfortable leaving my baby here. Also there’s AC which is nice and comforting for my dog. They were prompt in notifying me when she was done and When I picked her up she looked AMAZING🤩 smelled good and looked good. Very professional and clean space which also was comforting. I will be coming here for now on😄

The self wash dog section is great. The dog wash includes the soap. It’s $3.50 for conditioner but in not a cheap soap. The fluff element has a bunch of extras.. Best thing is they have a loyalty program, get a free self service dog after ten dog baths.. I have taken my dog twice and everything is easy. The also give you a apron..

We had seen this place & it wasn’t until my friend Shane mentioned it, that we finally tried it out today & honestly it brought me back to my grooming days but also quickly reminded me how hard these ladies work . We absolutely love the self wash service for our old lady Dash , they provide enough time and everything you need . The price is affordable making it a a monthly trip from Now on & im not gonna lie I love the one on one bonding time with my dog . I highly recommend this place , it’s so cute , the staff is very helpful, nice & on hand if needed help. We will def be doing this once a month 😊

What a perfect little spot to wash our enormous doggos! 3 Cane Corso and a pit . We had to make 3 trips but it was worth it. They provided everything needed for self wash. Down to the cotton balls and ear cleaner. It was MORE than my expectations! Very clean, friendly, helpful service, and very cute atmosphere. Recommend 10/10. Reasonable prices
