We have been using this groomer for years. Even though our dogs don't need a trim (Great Danes), they come home smelling and looking great, and I know they had a positive experience. One of them sheds a LOT, and all of the excess hair is gone.
The best groomer my fur baby has ever been touched by and I drove all the way from Sandusky Ohio and I will make this drive for a Best In Show Grooming she is definitely five stars and I think her so much

I brought my Golden Retriever there for grooming and the staff were very rude to me. They criticized the size of my Golden and the owner compared her Golden to mine and rudely told me my dog was overweight. My Golden is a beautiful dog and very sweet and loving. I take him to the vet as scheduled and my vet has never mentioned his weight. I never went back to their shop because I have never been treated so rudely. I take all of my dogs to PetSmart now and they are always very nice and professional.
We love taking our three dogs to the groomers, the first time when we took our youngest dane (yes great dane) he was scared to go in, but he was safe cause he knew that his brother and sister were coming in after him (another dane and maybe a catahoula/pitbull mix). We always book in advance and i even recommend to some of my customers at Kroger (since i work kinda across the street from them).
I have been using these groomers for my poodles for years and they have always done a fantastic job. I also know many other poodle owners who would give the same review. The owner of the shop is a World competitive groomer and makes my kids look the part.
