Jackie's Pet Grooming

This is a little shop connected to the owners home. The owner is kind and great with my dog. I've been getting my dogs nails clipped here from the time she was young and energetic till now where's she's blind and slower and it's always been fantastic. She always makes time when I pop in. I've gotten a full groom once; only because my pup fluent really need it. She's half jack russell terrier/ half chihuahua. The owner has also hired a younger girl who works here who is also very sweet and good with my anxious pup.

I'm new to the poodle world, but Jackie came highly recommended. Riandan (sorry if that's spelled wrong), gave our mini poodle (Koda) his first professional groom, and we are so happy with his cut. This is a calm atmosphere, and my puppy wasn't running out of there when we picked him up. The pricing is great value for everything they provide! We will be back every 6 weeks! I had a really pleasant experience with Jackie's Pet Groomer's. My pup is a schnauzer mix with pretty straight hair. Rachel did a fabulous job cutting his hair and nails. Check out how happy and cute my pup looks in his after pic 🙂

Was going here for 3 years. Loved my poms cut. I believe her name was franchesca. She was awesome… then These past 2 times, his haircuts have been bad. New girl cutting So I won’t be going back :/ you can easily tell the difference in those two cuts. One with collar just looks horrible and botched.

Jackie’s pet grooming is hands down the #1 SPOT for your pet. The fees for services are beyond competitive. Jackie and Rhiannon are very professional and handle the animals gently and my dogs have never had any issues whatsoever. If I was to move I would still take the time to take my dogs there. Thank You two so much for all you do for our dogs.

Very rude, I called to inquire about grooming. Would not tell me who I was speaking to. The line was disconnected. I called back and she was very abrupt in asking me what I was calling for. Would still not tell me her name and said they no longer do large poodles since she lost her help and recommended petsmart. I am honestly just disappointed. The reviews here are great and it is so hard to find a good groomer you trust. I drive by here and always wanted to call. Looks like I will be calling elsewhere...

So I’ve typically had very good service here and have referred friends in the area to use Jackie’s Pet Grooming, but my last visit was very different. I brought my 10 month old pug puppy in for a nail clip and file expecting him to be taken back and quickly worked on, saving me from having to do it myself at home. Instead Jackie had me hold him on the small bench in the little waiting area. He was uncomfortable and squirmy while I was trying to hold him still in an awkward position so she could get to his nails. After struggling a while, I let her know that I would just finish up the job at home myself. She just said okay, quickly snatched my $20 bill off of the bench next to me and walked away to grab my change. Looking back, I wish I would’ve spoken up and asked her to take him back for the nail trim instead of quietly dealing with a stressed, wriggly, scratchy puppy in my arms. Overall a very awkward experience!
