PetSmart Grooming

I couldn't get any services. When I walked in since they do walk-ins I was told that they had someone call in so that meant that they couldn't do my dogs. They then called somebody up from the front to try to schedule me for an appointment. And it turns out they didn't have anything for a week. I wonder how they can do walk-ins if they don't have anything available for a week. Was kind of confusing to me.

This grooming spa inside PetSmart is a delightful place for all kinds of pet grooming and pampering. The specials include Yappy Hour deals. The staff is trained, professional and obviously loves their clients. Accessible restrooms in PetSmart. Accessible venue. Free van accessible parking in shared lot

The tech cut my dog's nails was very helpful and patient

Kim is amazing!! She takes great care with our Corgis, Chloe and Lily!! Our girls always get so excited when they know they are going to see her!! She is always so kind and does an amazing job getting our girls looking their best!! Our girls can be a handful but she is always so great with them and always tells us how good they did!! We have had a couple of others at this location and they are great as well!! I can’t say enough good things about her and this location!!

Petsmart grooming at the Banfield is great they’ve always been the number one go to for my cats and my dogs to get brushed up and cleaned up and all Glammed up. Thank you for all your help guys. I appreciate it. See you guys soon.

Chris and Kim have been grooming my dog for years now and every time they go above and beyond. Chris really blew it out of the water this go around especially. Big shout out to the two of them

I take my dogs here for grooming. Also have a good experience and the dogs come home looking and smelling great! They take good care of them and the prices are reasonable
