My teacup Persian cat, Cooper, LOVES Natalie! She is extremely professional, gentle, and knowledgeable about all things regarding cat grooming-care. She has a very welcoming personality and truly cares about each cat she works with. I have no hesitation leaving Coop with her for his "spa day". And no exaggeration about that. Lovely Cats is a beautiful space. It is clean, calm, and relaxing. And, what used to be a very stressful, yet necessary appointment, has now become an enjoyable visit with Natalie - the cat whisperer. 2 paws up!!!!
I had an amazing experience with this salon! Natalie was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about my 5 cat’s comfort and safety throughout the grooming process. My kitties came home looking clean and shiny and soft and not stressed at all! She really took the time to explain everything and handled all my cats with so much care and kindness! The salon was very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cat grooming on a safe one on one environment!
