Groomers, Inc.

I love this groomers but I haven’t been able to get ahold of them for months. Their phone number has been disconnected and there’s nothing on their website or anywhere else about what is going on. Very disheartening because they were the cheapest cat groomers I’ve found and quickest to get an appointment with.

I was doing my nails on Wednesday. I finished around, 1:25pm I decided to stop at Groomers and make an appointment which I did for Thursday. They told me to bring my cat between 7-9 Lady wrote it down app and gave me a little card with her email, because I told her that I didn't know if my cat was up to date with his shots Call me or let me know and then we'll go from there. So I did called her back and told her that my cat was not up to date.And that I had an appointment on thursday, so she said to bring him in on friday... Friday, my son takes my cat,and said she is booked i call her and she completely denies ever talking to me. She says that she never wrote anything down and that she was booked and could not see my cat.. I told her that I understood if she was full but her saying that she never spoke to me and that she never wrote down anything, it's a complete lie. I guess things happened for a reason. And my cat was never meant to be seen by this RUDE, UMPROFESSIONAL Lady.

Been going to Caroline for 10+ years. She is the best. Always an outstanding job with our westie. Great price for what we get done.

Melinda is the best groomer we've ever had for our Cairn and Wheaten terriers. She's respectful of their breed cuts, but also our wishes for how much time and attention we can give to maintaining them. We have senior dogs, and they are never stressed about going in (we have had experiences where we know after one visit we aren't going back because of their behavior). I would recommend Melinda to anyone.

Brought my long hair cat here and had a great experience! I'm always nervous to bring my baby to new places because she is a bit temperamental and if the vibe is off she's pretty fussy. I called for an appointment expecting to get booked over a month out like other places but they had me in in less than three days! Customer service was great and they took care of my cat well. She's getting older now and she can't clean herself like she used to so she needs a regular sanitary trim and a bath. (I strongly recommend the sanitary trim on long hair cats because you don't get rid of their beautiful coat, just the hair that grabs dingleberries) This places prices are fantastic and they treated her well. She came home without "shock syndrome" that a lot of pets have after being to the groomer and she immediately adjusted to being home again and was a happy kitty.

I was so disappointed after my last visit with my dog. As usual, they come outside to meet you and with other dogs coming and going I don't get much of a chance to tell them what I want done. I said I wanted a trim and when I picked up my dog, it didn't even look like she got a cut. I even asked if they cut her. She is a pomeranian and is very fluffy. Her behind wasn't cleaned up at all. I had to ask that they do this before I leave. It was very frustrating as she looked back to normal a week later. Not only that, these ladies are not friendly to me at all! I was referred to them and thought by the reviews that this would be a great place for my dog. Even when I called to make an appointment they weren't friendly. I don't think I'll be going back.

Melinda and team are wonderful. Highly recommend! Took our pup there for the first and he looks amazing! She is affordable too.
