Diamonds in the Ruff - a pet s'paw

Second grooming of our puppy after the first one messed up a couple months ago. Unfortunately, her fur was so matted they had to trim it shorter than we expected. Diamonds did great, especially given what they had to deal with from the first groomer. ……. A second grooming from here (blue ribbons this time) and another great job. Parfait’s fur wasn’t matted so they were able to fluff her up this time.

I’ve given this place chance after chance, tried the different groomers they had here and more of the time ended up disappointed than not because their work was just so inconsistent. I was taking my 2 labradoodles here and every time I picked them up there seemed to be a problem. Whether it be liquid draining from their ear and my dog shaking her head non stop for a couple days and when I told them they swore they didn’t put anything down her ear to clean them when I’ve never had this issue with any other groomer before. They shaved my poor doodles (we call it Afro) completely off her head leaving her looking ridiculous, and this last time my dog was there for 5+ hours and her ears were filthy. Save yourself the headache and money and take your business else where. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I've been here about 4 times to get my dog groomed all 3 times were great. But this last time I was not pleased with my dogs grooming outcome. My dog has hypothyroidism so he gets bold spots on his body but for some unknown miracle this summer all his hair from his bald spots grew! so when I told the groomer I wanted to keep his hair because it grew back. I told her don't go summer short because I still want some of his hair. His haircut came out shorter then I wanted & was super choppy! They didn't even bother grooming his private area! (Which comes included in his grooming). I'm really disappointed because this place was so good the first 3 times. I'm not sure what happened!?! Totally not fair I paid 55 for a poor job.

We just had our pup Mina groomed and wow, She looks amazing! Diamonds in the Ruff is so wonderful and gentle with all of our babies. We have 4 that go here and couldn’t be happier!

They did a great job on my dog. She's a wiry haired Jack Russell. She clipped her just how I like it. I like some of her eyebrows and beard left longer, it gives her character.

We brought our frenchie here and she loved it. Staff is friendly and they got us in last minute. Budget friendly as well. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely love this place, as do our 2 Australian Shepherds! Always a phenomenal job, great pricing, friendly honest service, clean facility, etc. I’m ridiculously particular & my expectations are always exceeded. It’s a great feeling knowing my dogs are safe while there & always look forward to running right in, for their spa days!
