Top dog pet wash clovis

I understand the importance of safety during grooming. However, my feedback was not disruptive—it was shared after seeing the final result. The main issue was not that adjustments were needed, but that I was spoken to rudely and dismissed rather than being communicated with respectfully. Regarding the haircut, no explanation about coat condition or matting was shared with me at the time. If that had been communicated, I would have understood. Additionally, despite the very short shave, the haircut is uneven in multiple areas. Most importantly, my dog has been visibly uncomfortable since last night. Because of the very short shave, he is not eating properly, has visible cuts, and his paws are red, which is extremely concerning as a pet parent.

Our fur baby has been coming to the other first top dog but now we’re over here in Clovis and we came yesterday for dog wash and wow it is amazing love love love and it’s right just a few blocks from my business our fur baby always love how easy in and out it is, but of course you must walk them. Feed them get them all out of their system before you do this otherwise you’re gonna hear some howling. Everything was wonderful and of course she loves the treats they offer. We highly recommend both their locations.

This place is amazing, just like it’s Fresno counter part! I recently moved to Clovis, and was already an avid user of the Fresno location. The fact that the same staff is at the Clovis location is a major plus and comfort! The same friendly faces me and my dog are used to when we go in for a bath or nail trim! I use the self wash stations every month and it’s always a great experience. I have a husky, it usually takes me one hour to wash her totally and one hour to dry her completely. The staff never makes me feel rushed when I’m getting her clean which I appreciate! They are helpful and ready to provide loofas, soap, brushes, and anything else you may need. Violet is also a pro at doing your dogs nails and keeping them comfortable during the whole experience. My dog’s nails were done 10x better than chain stores I’ve used in the past and at a similar price, we will keep coming here! I love this place for my dog’s grooming needs, you will too!

I shared a clear reference picture for my Shih Tzu, but his hair was shaved extremely short, nothing like what I asked for. When I politely gave feedback, the groomer was very rude and dismissed me by saying she wasn’t free and couldn’t do anything. This is not about price or the haircut itself—it’s about poor customer service. Basic politeness and professionalism were completely missing. Very disappointing experience.

We are extremely disappointed with this grooming experience. We clearly showed a reference picture in which our dog’s hair was not supposed to be this short and was to be trimmed with scissors, not shaved. Despite this, our dog was shaved very short without our consent. Since the haircut, my dog has been very uncomfortable. He has been crying, is not walking properly, and is not eating his food, which is very concerning for us as pet parents. This experience has caused unnecessary distress to our dog, and we are very unhappy with the outcome.

Love that they finally opened a Clovis location! Owner is the best and really cares about the dogs. They have everything you need and the dogs come out so soft and fluffy!

We had a great experience! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! Our dog is a husky with lots of shedding. They offered us great grooming advice. I love how quickly I can get my dog groomed and how great she smells when she’s done. Our first visit was fantastic and we look forward to coming in a lot more often.
