I cannot say how thankful and pleased I am with Rob and the groomers here! I’m so happy I found out Rob is back! I have an almost 16 year old, grumpy dog and Rob went above and beyond to assure me the grooming would be done, and done well. He completely understood my dog’s issues and needs, without me even having to explain. His customer service is impeccable. So personable and genuinely caring. Best groomers around by far! Such a positive experience. I only wish I would’ve known sooner he was back!🐶

I’m so happy I chose to come here on a whim. They took such amazing care of Mila! The team was incredibly communicative and clearly cared about my dog. Rob is truly a delight. He makes you feel completely confident in your decision to bring your pet here. This is the only place I’ll be bringing my pup from now on. Highly recommend. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Robert is the owner and the nicest man. all Rob cares about his making you happy you and your pet. They want your pet to look good and they want you to be happy. He is five stars customer service great place. I recommend him a 10 out of 10.

First time here... The staff was extremely professional regarding how my dog should be cut and why. I wanted a longer hair cut, but y dog was matted and I didn't even know it... They went out of their way to call me and notify me, and even took videos to show me... I would recommend 100% for the kindness and professionalism. A++

Shampoodles is awesome. I’m so glad that Robert is back and reopened. We have been taking our pooch there for a while now and she comes back looking better than the last time. They never disappoint. The staff is awesome, friendly, caring and the salon is very clean. Give them a try you will be glad that you did.

So excited the old owners are back! Staff is AMAZING! Rob is the absolute best! My dogs have a great time when they go! So good that they sleep for the rest of the day!
