Jean was very sweet and my puppy seemed fine when I picked him up. I asked for my Maltese puppy to have a trim, I specifically said I didn’t want it too short , I even showed her a picture. She said he was matted on his belly and she’d need to trim that closely to the Belly which I agreed. He was not matted elsewhere since I brush him daily. He got scalped and it’s so choppy and uneven! I’m so disappointed!! I’ll never go back.
My dog has never been more comfortable, happier and us all. My biggest regret is that I didn't find her earlier. Honestly. #Zoey
Jean, the owner, has been taking care of my family's pets for over 25 years. Her entire life & heart is devoted to animals. My dog literally can't run out the door fast enough when I tell her we are going to get a bath. I love how much Jean loves my pets, I always know they are safe and happy when I drop them off.
Jean is awesome and does a great job; she has professional grooming skills. Jean genuinely cares and loves the animals and my fur baby loves her too!

This place is a joke, the skinny old man is still there? he was very nasty to me because my cat bit him, well, he must of hurt the cat, that was self defense. Don't waste your money going to this place, lady and the guy are very rude people. This happened a few years ago by the way.
