Just picked up Sage from her bath and blow out. Her coat is so shiny and soft! I was able to get in for an appointment quickly. The lady who groomed her (forgive me, I didn't catch your name) was very polite and friendly. I requested that none of Sage's hair be cut except around her paws and a sanitary trim around her butt. Sage looks and smells fantastic and I'm very appreciative. The festive bandana Sage had on when I picked her up was a cute touch too. Thank you 😊 and on top of all that, the price was very reasonable! Edit: I opened the little goodie bag I was sent home with and there was the cutest little ornament of Sage in it. What a thoughtful gift

More recently, she groomed our new puppy, Marigold, and took the time to gently introduce her to new sounds and tools, ensuring she felt safe and comfortable. Severina even allowed me to stay during the appointment to help ease Marigold’s nerves. Finding a groomer who can handle my anxious dog has been tough, but Severena is amazing! She took the time to make her feel comfortable and gave her a flawless deshedding treatment. The facility is spotless, and Severena truly cares about the animals.
