They not only listened to what I wanted with my girl. They had her looking ready for our Christmas photos. She looks absolutely amazing. At a steal of a deal. We finally found a groomer here in the springs. Merry Christmas. We will definitely be a forever client.

⭐ One Star — Please Protect Your Dogs I wish my dogs could talk. Ever since I took them to Who Let The Dogs Out Groomers, they have not been the same. They came home anxious and traumatized, and now show signs of fear and nightmares. That breaks my heart as a pet parent. From the moment I walked in, something felt wrong. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, the staff were rude, and the environment did not feel safe or caring. My gut told me this was not a place built on gentleness or respect for animals. Your dog’s safety is the MOST important thing — and in my experience, this place is not safe. Please don’t be fooled by cute pictures or five-star reviews. I deeply regret bringing my dogs here, and I feel responsible to warn others. Protect your pets. I will never return.

We have a border collie that is very protective and fearful at the same time, which can be viewed as aggressive, so we weren’t sure if they would be able to handle her! We were pleased that they were not only able to handle her but made quick friends with her. She was in and out in an hour and a half and she looks gorgeous. She is not quite 2 years old and this was her first grooming. We’ll be back to see them for sure! Great job "Who Let the Dogs Out" team!! We are very happy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dogs now show clear signs of distress, anxiety, and even nightmares. As a pet owner, that alone is heartbreaking and unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, something felt off. The owner was openly carrying a gun. While I understand open carry is legal, the way it was presented felt intimidating and completely inappropriate for a business centered around animals and families. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unsettling. The staff came across as rude and careless, and the facility did not feel warm, safe, or welcoming. Whatever image they try to project online with cute photos and glowing reviews did not match the reality I experienced in person. My dogs came back traumatized — and that’s not something I take lightly. If you love your pets, please think twice. Don’t be fooled by five-star reviews and polished pictures. I regret bringing my dogs here, and I feel a responsibility to warn others. Your animals deserve patience, gentleness, and respect — not whatever this place offers. I will never return, and I strongly encourage other pet owners to look elsewhere.

The environment felt tense and unwelcoming, and professionalism was lacking. My instincts told me this was not a calm, safe space for animals — and I should have listened. Your dog cannot speak for themselves. Their safety, emotional wellbeing, and physical protection should be the MOST important factor when choosing a groomer. Nothing else matters more. I am heartbroken that I ever trusted Who Let The Dogs Out Groomers with my dogs. Since taking them there, my dogs have suffered from severe anxiety and nightmares — something I am still struggling to process as their owner. My dogs are very small, gentle animals, and I cannot wrap my mind around how anyone working with pets could treat creatures that tiny without care or compassion. I don’t care how many five-star reviews they have or how many cute photos they post online. None of that changes what my dogs went through. This place is dangerous for animals. Please don’t be fooled by appearances. Your pet’s safety should always come first. I deeply regret bringing my dogs here, and I feel a responsibility to warn others: protect your pets and stay away.

I have been taking my pets here for over 15 years. I had an old cat that had to be shaved at least once a year and she loved their attention. Now I have 2 Basset Hounds that need grooming that I cannot do do on my own. They take exceptional care of my dogs while in their care and give me free nail trims since I am a regular customer
