I had such a great experience with Micaela at Zuzu Pet Spa! I originally reached out in a local Facebook group looking for recommendations for a groomer who could handle a large dog, and I received quite a few suggestions—but Micaela actually took the time to personally reach out to me. From the start, she asked thoughtful questions and really took the time to get to know both me and my dog, which meant a lot. Scheduling was simple and stress-free, and she kept me updated throughout the appointment, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked my dog up, she didn’t rush through anything—she took extra time to go over everything with me and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s clear she genuinely cares, not just about the dogs, but about the people too. I would absolutely recommend Micaela and Zuzu Pet Spa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive groomer. Truly good people!

Hi! Ted here! 14/10 paws for Dey at Zuzu’s Spa! I went in scruffy and came out supermodel. Feeling softer than a cloud. Came home with a cute Irish bandana and a new trick of spinning around and play dead. My human says I smell ‘amazing,’ I think she’s weird. Spawday Vibes and 10/10 treats and would wag again!!! 🐾

Dey did an awesome job with my baby! He’s always despised nail trims and grooms but we finally found a groomer he trusts and loves!!

VERY pleased with Zuzu's -- after our first visit yesterday I made appts for the next three visits! 7½ year old, looooong-furred Sammy; staff there was very pleasant and asked me exactly what I did/didn't want done. Dog was happy there and came home smiling and looking beautiful.

Carrie has been more than wonderful with my two monsters! I have a long haired husky who is an old man and always a mess by the time I am able to bring him in. She still does the most amazing job with him and he loves her, which is saying a lot for how picky he can get with grooming. My other dog is a large German Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix with a crazy undercoat who she is fantastic with as well:) Honestly, the entire staff is amazing and this is the place for any of your pet spa needs.

We've been taking our pups here for quite some time. Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. The cuts are perfection & our little guys/ gal's are happy when they go & quite content at pick up. Can't say enough good about their care & professionalism.

Can't recommend enough, the owner Chelsea is a wonderful person and helped me in a rough time in my life. All of her staff are friendly and compassionate and make you feel at home. They did a wonderful job with my pup and she couldn't have looked better. Thank you guys.
