Petco Grooming

Petco has honestly been one of the best places I’ve taken my yorkie, Skylah, since moving to Columbia. Ross is absolutely amazing and hands down the best groomer we’ve been to here. You can tell immediately when someone genuinely loves animals and takes pride in what they do, and that is exactly the kind of care and patience Ross gives every visit. Skylah gets excited walking in, which says everything to me as a dog mom. She always comes out looking beautiful, clean, happy, and comfortable. Yorkies can be a little particular with grooming, and Ross always takes the time to make sure she is well cared for and never rushed. The attention to detail is top tier. The staff at this location are always friendly and welcoming, and the store itself stays clean, organized, and stocked with pretty much everything you need for your pets. I also appreciate how the grooming area feels professional while still being warm and caring toward the animals. If you are in the Columbia or Fort Jackson area and looking for a groomer you can actually trust with your fur baby, I highly recommend Ross at Petco. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and even better care for the pets. Skylah and I are definitely loyal customers now. ❤️🐶

Unfortunately, the groomer went in too much with the clippers near the right tear duct on my dog’s face and he has a red irritation and a little baldness very close to his right eye. His overall haircut and groom is ok minus this one issue. I have had to keep a keen eye on the area that was cut too close and keep it clean so it doesn’t get infected or scab.

Took Onyx for her bath and haircut and she looks so much better. Asher was so nice and even did a few extras to make her comfy. We love coming here

We won’t go anywhere but the PetCo Grooming Salon on Percival Road! Savannah is the only groomer I trust with my dog Annie! She’s patient, gentle, and truly amazing with anxious pups who hate having their feet touched. 🐾💅

My Boxer, Sheba received her very first groom here at Petco. She was so clean and the bandana around her neck made her the cutest pup this side of heaven! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

I do love Petco. I was a little upset that my dog got hurt during her grooming. But I was very pleased that they were honest with me and took care of my dog injury. I was impressed that they called to check on my dog
