Petco is our go-to pet grooming location. The stylists are knowledgeable, friendly, and treat our pet like family. On this particular visit, it was Christmas Eve and there was bad traffic but also an accident on the interstate which made us late to our appointment. Our stylist, Chase went above and beyond and took our pet even though the automatic scheduling system suggested that we reschedule. Chase was even about to leave for the day, but happily took our pet for grooming. Always pleased with Petco's service, no matter what stylist we have, but we felt like family on this day. Thank you Chase. 😊

My dog has been going to petco for a while now for grooming/baths and today the lady who cut him called me back after 5 min and said she couldn't cut him because he snapped at her and sent him home like this. My question is if you were shaving his back, how could he try to bite you? I'm pissed and I'll never bring my dog back!!!

Jenna perform the last grooming to my dog Rylo. She did an excellent job! He came out there looking like a beautiful Snoopy Dogg! I will definitely be taking Rylo back to Jenna!

When I picked up my dog, Chase was very rude. Not only was I told the price was around 65 dollars it ended up being 102 and my malipoo haircut was definitely a site! The groomer shaved her tail! Lol definitely not what I told them to do!! My dog looks like a overgrown rat! It's hard not to laugh but really! Overpriced and not what I wanted at all!!! Chase was very rude! And it took 4 hours! Not sure if they were over booked or just not wanting to deal with all the dogs! Very disappointed! I called spoke to Ashley....she said she is the manager. She could careless about the complaints and her staff. I told her I would pass the message along and take our business elsewhere she said ok! Bye! These peoples customer service is horrible! And on top of that one of the employees in the store said they would recommend for people to not bring there pets there, take them to individual groomers! If you walk in the store just go and watch the groomers, they are very unprofessional and constantly on their cell phones while cutting our babies hair. I can only imagine what is going on behind closed doors in this store! Please reconsider taking your loved baby here and do research on other facilities!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Not only do they price gouge and charge you for every little service…I brought my dog back in TWICE and the service was still not completed. They charged extra for cleaning around the paw pads and a sanitary cleaning. After the second time I went in, my dog laid down in the car and I saw THEY DID NOT DO A SANITARY CLEANING THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR! Upon that, I was ACCUSED OF STEALING when I left the store. I went back in TWICE, signed a paper and the groomer with the tats told me TWICE I was good to go and have a great day. Then I get a call from BETH saying the groomer deserves to get paid and accusing us when her own groomer told us to leave and we are good. Save your money. Your dog will get a bath and they will charge extra for everything else.

Walked in expecting to get Lukas nails trimmed. But I forgot to update his rabies report. Keep up the good work. Went home and got that squared away.
