Head Over Tails

I was so so nervous to bring my newly adopted chow mix to the groomer for the first time. My dog Boo is the sweetest but can get anxious around strangers, and I had no idea how she’d react to being groomed. I brought Boo in the other day and my anxiety over bringing her to the groomer had completely melted away. Loretta did such an amazing job! Boo loved her and she looks so so beautiful. I could not have had a better experience and Im so relieved to have a groomer I trust going forward.

Loretta is awesome at head over tails grooming. Very reasonable pricing compared to other groomers I’ve been too. She always puts these cute little scarfs on my dog and it always goes with the season or holiday. I also love the picture she takes of my dog at the end of his grooming. I can tell she really takes good care of my dog in the times she has him. He always looks so good, and smells so good as well. I highly recommend taking your dog to get groomed here with Loretta at head over tails grooming.

Loretta is very friendly, caring, professional and quick, not 2 hours or more like other places. Our dog always looks and smells great afterwards. Her prices are reasonable compared to other groomers. I would highly recommend her for your fur baby.

I recommend you stay far away from this groomer! In the beginning she was a very caring groomer and now its just about the money. There is no communication at all. My little guy has very sensitive skin and i told her about this, but everytime they razor burn him and he is miserable for 3 days after getting groomed. She didn't communicate the price hike until I was picking him up. The last groom I did with them they almost caused serious damage to his eye, I had to take him to the Vets for treatment. I cancelled my appointment and they haven't even called to find out why I haven't made another appointment.

Loretta does a fantastic job grooming our three dogs! She gets them done timely and consistently every time and we know they are in good hands. She even dog sat a friends dog for over a month for us when they had a family emergency and didn’t get along with one of our dogs. She has become more than a groomer and is a good friend and much appreciated!

Loretta is the best! Our dog gets a bath, groomed, nails, the works for a reasonable price. Also you can tell that this isn’t just a " job" for Loretta- she LOVES her pups. Highly recommend.
